Choosing suitable size of sofa for your living room

The Sofa is an indispensable part of the living room, but many people do not know how to buy it when they buy the sofa. They look at the colors and styles and they will not choose the size. So how do you choose the sofa size ?

1 Generally speaking, the height of a sofa seat should be slightly less than or equal to the height of a person's lower leg and heel (about 35-42cm). Such a sofa is more comfortable and is not tired. If it's too high, people sit on both feet and hang their weight, and the weight is pressed in the legs. Long sitting can easily cause leg hesitation or soreness.

2 The height of the backrest of the sofa is appropriate between the shoulders and ears (about 68-72cm). The most comfortable sofa is the natural backrest when the person is sitting on it. The back, head and shoulders of the person are almost complete. When the sofa is in contact with the back, the larger the contact area, the stronger the comfort of the body and the more natural sitting posture.

3 The width should be in the range of 48 ~ 60cm, too narrow will feel crowded, feel unable to sit; too deep can not be natural sagging leg.

4 The angle between the seat cushion and the back of the sofa is preferably not 90 degrees vertically, but is most comfortable between 100 degrees and 108 degrees.
