Story of Delo Sofa: Successful Case of Happy Coast Club

[OCTshenzhenclubhouse" was established in 2005. it launched a comprehensive cooperation with Delo Sofa Furniture Co., Ltd In 2010. Delo Sofa Furniture Co., Ltd. provided system solution services for OCT, which was highly recognized and agreed by OCT Club, and reached perfect cooperation.

"OCTshenzhenclubhouse" (Overseas Chinese Town Chinese Clubhouse) designed by richardmeierarchitects in New York,has been officially completed. Also this is the first project completed by richardmeier in Shenzhen, China. The clubhouse is located on the Haixin Island of the Happy Coast. The two central volumes provide functional facilities for guests and members including catering, fitness and entertainment, and are equipped with functional facilities such as helipads, sightseeing yachts, island tennis courts, and round-the-island runways. The layered and progressive spaces radiate around the curved exterior wall, allowing for a continuous view of the water. The outdoor running track through the garden is connected to the adjacent sports center. Although the indoor functional space is huge, the overall building still maintains an appropriate scale and shape balance. Natural light is reflected by the building surface, and the angle of light changes with time, creating a rich interior space effect. The Chinese landscape design philosophy is combined with the natural environment away from the hustle and bustle, and the viewing platforms are scattered on the plane.

[OCTshenzhenclubhouse" is located at No. 2063 Baishi Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, covering a total area of 1.25 million square meters. It consists of five major areas: Happy Coast Shopping Center, Qushui Bay, Hua Club and Holiday Apartments, Coconut Grove Beach Park, and OCT Wetland. Composed, and naturally connected with Shenzhen Bay, it forms four functional sections of themed commerce, fashion entertainment, eco-tourism, and leisure and vacation.
